Refunds and Exchanges

Customer returning product because it’s unwanted:

ISHOM will accept, for return or exchange, product that are in new condition, unaltered, unworn and in original packaging as it was received by you. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your product within 21 days from the receipt of original order. Product cannot be returned or exchange after 21 days from the receipt of original order. Please note that if you return products which are outside our returns policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we’re unable to process a full refund, so please keep your receipt or order confirmation. Please be aware that we'll only process your refund once the item has been returned to and checked by our specialist; this may take up to 7 working days.

Customer returning product because it has a fault:

If your product develops a fault within 30 days of original purchase, please return with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it.

As per the Consumer Rights Act 2015, after 30 days product may repair or replace according to the policy of manufacturer’s warranty cover. 

This does not affect your statutory rights.
